We understand that sometimes you need to see the rug in your own home to make a decision. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 48 hours from receiving the rug and return it to us in the original condition and packaging within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.

Please note: This option is only available for orders delivered within the UK. The buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us and will be under a duty to take care of the goods until they are delivered to us.

Please do not return your rug without contacting us first as your return will not be accepted.

Upon receipt of the return we will inspect the rug and issue a refund within 7 days.

Unfortunately we are not able to refund goods lost or damaged in transit when being returned to us.

If you live in the EU you may still return your rug. Please note, however, that we subsidise part of the delivery costs to all EU destinations. Should you chose to return your rug, an administration charge of 10% of the cost of the rug or £50 whichever is the greater, will be applied before the refund is issued to cover delivery charges incurred by us.

The Mossoul rugs are made from 100% finest New Zealand Wool. Their classic ancient Persian designs have been updated, using the most contemporary terracotta, mustard and navy blue colours, to give them the look and feel of true handmade rugs.

Whether your interiors are modern or traditional you simply cannot go wrong with this timeless classic.
This design is available in a variety of rectangular sizes, including large and extra large.

The Mossoul Rugs are 100% New Zealand Wool power loomed Wilton rugs with 8mm pile height.

They are Woolmark certified, which guarantees the fibre content of the highest quality. Environmentally friendly, natural and biodegradable. Naturally flame resistant with anti static properties. Great choice for noise reduction and durability. Luxuriously soft and easy to care for, will remain “bouncy” for years and will not crush or become matted. Made without child labour.
