We understand that sometimes you need to see the rug in your own home to make a decision. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 48 hours from receiving the rug and return it to us in the original condition and packaging within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.

Please note: This option is only available for orders delivered within the UK. The buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us and will be under a duty to take care of the goods until they are delivered to us.

Please do not return your rug without contacting us first as your return will not be accepted.

Upon receipt of the return we will inspect the rug and issue a refund within 7 days.

Unfortunately we are not able to refund goods lost or damaged in transit when being returned to us.

If you live in the EU you may still return your rug. Please note, however, that we subsidise part of the delivery costs to all EU destinations. Should you chose to return your rug, an administration charge of 10% of the cost of the rug or £50 whichever is the greater, will be applied before the refund is issued to cover delivery charges incurred by us.

Please Note: We cannot accept returns on special order items, international deliveries, custom made or special orders.
