Speedy delivery, ordered three rugs for the living room and two bedrooms when moving to a new house, ended up returning one as was not needed anymore. The returns process was very easy and I got the money back within a couple of days. Since then bought a round rug for the dining room. Very pleased with the rugs and the service.

Beautiful terracotta colour, the pictures don’t do it justice. The rug looks very expensive and I love the design which is different from the usual Bokharas sold by almost every other online shop. Really pleased.

You will not get this quality at this price anywhere

You would not get this quality at these prices anywhere on the web. I spent five hours searching before finding them. Mike, I know I said I would wait until today to put the lounge rug down......could not do it! Last night I unrolled it and fell in love with it all over again. Soft, warm it has brought the whole room to life. I have to wait to put the other one down in the bedroom. If anyone out there is thinking of buying fitted carpet..DON;T..the large rugs go up to 300 x 400 and the colours and patterns of the Traditional rugs are true to the pictures you see on the web site. and better in real life. If the rug on my floor now was in a large country house you would think it was a well preserved antique. Give Mike a call if you have any questions and he will give you all the information you need to make a decision. Mike , I said I was pleased, so much so I have told my friends(real ones) on facebook. The biggest thank you.

We understand that sometimes you need to see the rug in your own home to make a decision. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 48 hours from receiving the rug and return it to us in the original condition and packaging within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.

Please note: This option is only available for orders delivered within the UK. The buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us and will be under a duty to take care of the goods until they are delivered to us.

Please do not return your rug without contacting us first as your return will not be accepted.

Upon receipt of the return we will inspect the rug and issue a refund within 7 days.

Unfortunately we are not able to refund goods lost or damaged in transit when being returned to us.

If you live in the EU you may still return your rug. Please note, however, that we subsidise part of the delivery costs to all EU destinations. Should you chose to return your rug, an administration charge of 10% of the cost of the rug or £50 whichever is the greater, will be applied before the refund is issued to cover delivery charges incurred by us.
